Oleg (Alec) Geraschenko, head teacher and founder of English with Al. With certificates from Oxford, Cambridge and the British Council, Oleg has experience in teaching children, teens, students and adults in different countries, including China and Russia. Oleg was born in London, went to St. John's School, has both British and Russian citizenship and is bilingual.

Nikita Tsyganov, software engineer. Lomonosov Moscow State University VMK graduate, Nikita put together English with Al software. He is also the developer of Numeral Systems Converter App

Irina Ratushinskaya, late poet, writer, teacher and author of the 7-lesson general speaking course that gave the beginning to what is now English with Al. Being poorly taught English in the Soviet Union, Irina had to learn by herself, and did well enough to meet President Ronald Reagan without a translator in 1986.
